🔹 About the Opportunity
Biochar Education, founded by Dr. N Sai Bhaskar Reddy, is on a mission to reach millions of people through biochar awareness, training, and sustainable development initiatives. We are looking for two dedicated and motivated volunteers to work as Earth Leaders for Sustainable Development.
📢 What You’ll Do
✅ Fieldwork: Hands-on experience in biochar production, trials, and experiments.✅ Training Support: Assist in workshops, demonstrations, and awareness programs for farmers, communities, and institutions.✅ Content & Media: Create videos, blogs, social media content, and document impact stories.✅ Communication & Outreach: Help manage YouTube channels, social media platforms, and digital engagement.✅ Travel & Awareness Tours: Be part of nationwide tours to spread biochar education and sustainability practices.
📍 Location: Multiple states in India (depending on project needs)⏳ Minimum Commitment: 3 months🎁 Facilities Provided: Minimalist (Food & Accommodation)

📌 Eligibility Criteria
📚 Graduate and above (any discipline) - Less than 30 years old🔹 Passionate about sustainability, environment, and rural development🔹 Willing to work at both field and digital levels🔹 Good communication & documentation skills (social media, video editing, or writing is a plus!)🔹 Open to traveling and staying in rural areas as part of biochar awareness programs. Experiments would be done at Geo Nest, Earth Center, Kadthal, Ranga Reddy, Telangana. May need to travel as per the requirement.🔹 Must take parental consent to join (if under 25 years old)
